Recording GED testing by site

The purpose of this memorandum is to provide a guideline relative to scanning GED records by specific site. Recently, we completed a project to add all Official GED test centers and transportation addendum sites to GEDScoring.COM. This project is now complete. GEDScoring.COM now contains a complete and accurate listing of all GED test centers and transportation addendum sites located within any given community college district. Therefore, it is now possible to identify which site(s) within any given community college district where GED tests were administered to any given GED candidate.

However, in order to produce this type of list the specific test center or transportation addendum site must be identified prior to batch scanning of GED records. Therefore, I am requesting that all GED records be scanned and identified by specific test center or site within any given community college district(s). This process should start at the beginning of Calendar Year 2007. If technical assistance is needed, contact Barb Rolston or any experienced GED record's specialists. Please forward this memorandum to all GED examiners.
